What's A Republican? Wednesdays

The Erie County Young Republicans are excited to unveil a new program through our blog, "What's A Republican? Wednesdays." Every Wednesday we will post a variety of information on the Republican party to educate you, our fellow Republicans, and all the voters in Erie County on exactly what it means to be a Republican. We will do this in four ways by posting:

1) Brief descriptions of the history of the Republican Party and historical GOP figures from the local, state and national levels;

2) Statements from local Republicans on why they chose to be members of the Grand Ol' Party and what the party means to them;

3) Mini-biographies on current Republican leaders, candidates and elected officials on the local, state and national levels; and

4) Information on the Erie County Republican Party, the Erie County Republican Women and the Erie County Young Republicans.
